長通粉 170克
露筍 5條
雞柳(切條) 4安士
Method

將長通粉煮至軟身，撈起過冷河，瀝乾。

雞柳加入適當調味料，醃15分鐘。

露筍切後，與雞柳同炒至熟透。

加入金寶湯特濃蘑菇，慢火煮滾，醬汁淋上長通粉，即成。
