煙鴨胸

Method

將煙鴨胸用熱水沖洗,抹乾,切片備用。

三色彩椒去籽,沖洗後切角備用。

燒熱鑊落油1湯匙,將彩椒爆香,然後將鴨胸片加入煎至金黃色,然後倒入白汁雞皇醬汁,用中慢火煮2-3分鐘將汁液略收至濃稠,即成。
