Creamy Mushroom & Minced Pork with Toast

Ingredients
Carrot (Around 100g) 1 pc
Celery (Around 100g) 1 pc
Onion ½ pcs
Minced Pork 150g
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
10.5oz Campbell’s
Cream of Mushroom
Condensed Soup
1 can
Thyme (leaves only) 3 pcs
Baguette Bread 4 slices
Black pepper as appropriate
Method

Slice the carrot, celery and onion into cubes.

Heat the frying pan, add onion & fry for a while. Add carrots, celery, garlic and minced pork and cook for 5 minutes.

Add Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup and thyme. Cook until the sauce is thickened and set aside.

Toast the baguette bread and top with creamy minced pork. Sprinkle some black pepper and thyme to serve.
Tips

Creamy minced pork goes well with pasta too.
