Cream of Mushroom
Thyme (leaves only)
Slice the carrot, celery and onion into cubes.
Heat the frying pan, add onion & fry for a while. Add carrots, celery, garlic and minced pork and cook for 5 minutes.
Add Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup and thyme. Cook until the sauce is thickened and set aside.
Toast the baguette bread and top with creamy minced pork. Sprinkle some black pepper and thyme to serve.
