青黃椒(切條) 各1/2個
碎牛肉 4安士

碎牛肉適當調味，爆香至半熟備用。

將意粉煮至軟身，撈起過冷河，瀝乾。

爆香青黃椒絲，放入碎牛肉及意粉，加入香甜蕃茄醬汁伴勻，即可食用。
