Egg Drop Noodles with Beancurd and Minced Pork in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
10.5oz Campbell’s
Sweet Tomato
Pasta Sauce
1 can
10.5oz Campbell’s
Tomato Bisque
Condensed Soup
1 can
Minced Pork 80g
Egg 1 pc
Hard Beancurd (diced) 1 block
Water (Around
250-300mL
per cup)
4 cups
Shanghai Noodle 2 pcs
Oil 1 tsp
Marinade
Soya Sauce 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
White Pepper as appropriate
Method

Mix minced pork with marinade and set aside for 15 minutes.

Cook the Shanghai noodles as instructed on the package. Dish out and set aside.

Heat a pot and add some oil, stir fry minced pork until fragrant. Add Campbell’s Sweet Tomato Pasta Sauce, Campbell’s Tomato Bisque Condensed Soup and water. Bring to boil over medium high heat.

Add hard beancurd, then reduce to low heat to cook for a further 10 minutes with lid.

Egg whisked, then add to the hot stock and stir into egg drop.

Add Shanghai noodles and serve.
Tips
  1. Can add spicy-hot sauce or mala sauce if prefer spicy.
  2. Can choose different ingredients based on your own preferences, e.g. chicken.
