火腿蘑菇湯
Ingredients
金寶火腿蘑菇湯 1罐
免治豬肉 6-8兩
清水 100毫升
Method

於免治豬肉放入生粉、砂糖、生抽和麻油，順時針方向攪好，做成自己喜歡的大小 (8-10 粒)，放進雪櫃備用。

燒熱平底鑊，放少少油，放進豬肉球，煎香一面再慢火煎香另一面。

合蓋焗4-5分鐘直至豬肉完全熟透後上碟。

將一罐火腿蘑菇湯加入清水煮熱，做成汁淋上面便完成。
