10.5oz Campbell’s Mushroom with Seafood Condensed Soup 1 can
Scallop 6 pcs
Fresh Yam 30g
Garlic 2 cloves
Water 1/4 can
Olive Oil 1/2 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese 20g
Black Pepper A pinch
Parsley 2 stalks
Preheat oven at 200°C. Cover baking pan with a layer of foil paper and set aside.
Garlic minced. Yam peeled and shredded.
Scallops washed, gut and frill removed, then take out the meat from the shell. Pat dry, then put back to the shell and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat then grease with oil. Stir fry garlic until fragrant, then add Campbell’s Mushroom with Seafood Condensed Soup and water, stir well and bring to boil. Add yam and black pepper, mix well and remove from heat.
Pour the mixture over scallops, then top with cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Take out, sprinkled with parsley and enjoy before it gets cold.
