急凍魚柳(解凍切件) 2條
洋蔥(切絲) 半個
Method

魚柳用鹽及胡椒粉醃10分鐘，兩邊沾上生粉，煎至金黃備用。

洋蔥絲加鹽炒至軟身，倒入白汁雞皇醬汁，汁滾後加入魚柳燴煮片刻即成。
