蛋打勻,輕手與蕃茄濃湯及水拌勻,注意不要拌至起泡。

蛋液注入蒸碟,再以保鮮紙封好。

煮滾水,將蛋液大火蒸10分鐘,熄火 (不要開蓋),焗5分鐘即成。
