Creamy Rice with Avocado and Scallop

10.5oz Campbell’s
Mushroom with Seafood
Condensed Soup
1 can
Avocado 1 pc
Scallop 4 pcs
Rice 2 bowls (cooked)
Cheese Powder as appropriate
Water 2/3 can
Avocado cut in half lengthwise and pit removed. Cut half in slice and mash the other half with a fork.
Add Campbell’s Mushroom with Seafood Condensed Soup, water and mashed avocado to a large pot, mix well and bring to boil.
Add rice and avocado slices. Sprinkle with cheese powder and blended well. Dish out.
Season scallops with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Heat a pan with some oil, then pan fry both sides until golden. Add to creamy avocado rice and serve.
