金寶蕃茄濃湯 75毫升
蛋 3隻
水 75毫升
Method

蛋打勻，輕手與蕃茄濃湯及水拌勻，注意不要拌至起泡。

蛋液注入蒸碟，再以保鮮紙封好。

煮滾水，將蛋液大火蒸10分鐘，熄火 (不要開蓋)，焗5分鐘即成。
