紅衫魚 1-2條
鹽及胡椒粉 少許
薑及蔥 適量
熱水 1/4罐

紅衫魚用鹽及胡椒粉搽勻醃5分鐘。

爆香薑，將魚以中慢火煎熟備用。

爆香蔥段，倒入蕃茄濃湯及熱水煮滾，把魚回鑊煮1-2分鐘。
